Flo Goldmann Nominations

The Flo Goldmann Award is given each year to a FASC member organization which demonstrates distinguished service by a Senior Center. The award is named after Florence Goldmann, a passionate champion for seniors and Florida's senior centers. The award will be presented at the upcoming FCOA Conference and FASC will take nominations from May 1 - June 28, 2019. If you would like to nominate a Senior Center for this prestigious award, please download the nomination form below and submit it via email or hard copy to:
